Agent Good Faith Outline
Good faith shall be applied to all dealings, and shall ensure honesty and decency of purpose and the sincere intention to act in the best interest of the consumer consistent with your client’s wishes.
Conduct that would reflect disregard to good faith would be:
(a) Willful disregard to customers wishes for personal gain or otherwise.
(b) Misrepresentation or failure to disclose.
(c) Unauthorized access or use of personal information or property.
(d) Using altered or bias material to motivate a reaction or action from the consumer/client.
(e) Signing a legal document for a client/consumer.
(f) Submitting false or inaccurate information with or without the client’s knowledge.
(g) Counsel a client to mislead or fraud the industry.
